1. New wholesalers are required to pay as you go for the first 5 orders. After then, we can look at payment terms to support your business.

2. Any returned items that have been paid for already, may be returned. A store credit will be filed for future orders.

3. Items cannot be returned after a maximum 4 weeks. As batteries and cells have a shelf life, we cannot accept these as returns.

4. All invoices must be paid by the due date - Unless otherwise agreed on - There will be no other exceptions.
