Refund policy
Cap Rouge will accept returns for a refund with 30 days of purchase, conditions apply.* Returns must be in the same brand new unused condition as when initially leaving the warehouse. Any discrepancies will be forwarded to our independent engineers for careful inspection before refunds are issued. This is a non-negotiable disclosure statement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@caprouge.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants, bare cells), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Sale Items cannot be refunded. A store credit will be offered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will advise you if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Returns/Refunds must be same condition as when received - Brand new, unmarked and unused. Returns must be returned with the same packaging intact. Only once we receive the items in perfect resalable condition we will issue a refund. All returns will incur a restocking fee, which is 10% of the original purchase price. The initial cost of the postage to the customer will be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. Return postage will be paid by the customer.
Request to cancel orders before shipping - Any orders that are requested by customer to be cancelled/refunded before shipping, that are paid for by using BNPL services (buy now pay later) will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover BNPL non refundable merchant fees that are unrecoverable by Cap Rouge. BNPL services include Humm, Zip, Afterpay.
