Shipping policy

Lithium batteries are only able to be shipped by road by Australia Post/TNT within Australia. Typically 3-7 days for the East Coast of Australia (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT), and 6-14 days for all other areas for Australia Post. Express services using Aus Post, TNT and Aramex typically would be half the time for delivery if compared with Australia Post. Shipping times vary by region and are beyond the control of Cap Rouge. Cap rouge will not be held responsible for any delays. "Free Shipping over $99*" Applies to everything except Hub Motor Kits. Any TNT redelivery fees will be deemed the customers responsibility. 

Delayed Packages are out of Cap Rouge's control. Express shipping refunds will not be given for delayed parcels.

All delivers will be signature required. If ATL- "Authorised to leave" is required, an email to info@caprouge.com.au must be received from customer before dispatch with clear instructions. 

Stolen packages

Cap Rouge will not be held responsible for any stolen packages.

If a courier confirms that a package was delivered, but goods are stolen or signed for by another party, Cap Rouge will not be held liable. Proof of delivery will be supplied to customer at request.

All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee and the initial cost of the postage to the customer. Return postage must be paid by the customer also.
